Sevroll-System Sp. Z o.o. grants a lifetime warranty for its green sliding systems. The warranty means that if you notice incorrect functioning of the carriage whilst in operation, Sevroll will replace the faulty carriage free of charge. The warranty is limited to the supply of the new carriage. Sevroll will not participate in disassembly and assembly of the carriage.

The warranty does not apply to carriages that had not been fitted in accordance to assembly instructions, loaded with weight greater than advised by the producer or that had been misused. In order to receive new sliding systems, the faulty ones must be disassembled and returned to Sevroll’s distributor.

Lifetime warranty of sliding systems is valid only with assembly of a complete Sevroll system.
